We are committed to providing high-quality lab-grown diamond jewelry and excellent customer service. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Nature of Our Products
All our lab-grown diamonds and jewellery pieces are:
- IGI Certified (where applicable)
- Made-to-order or customized
- Quality checked before dispatch
- Carefully packed and insured during shipping
Because most of our products are customized and certified, returns are limited as explained below.
2. Returns & Cancellations
❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or cancellation:
- Customized jewellery (including ring size adjustments, engravings, or custom designs)
- Loose lab-grown diamonds (IGI certified stones)
- Orders cancelled after production has started
Since these products are specially made or selected for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
3. Exchange Policy
We only offer exchange in the following cases:
- You received the wrong product
- The item has a manufacturing defect
- The product was damaged during transit
📌 You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To request an exchange, please email us with:
- Order number
- Clear photos and/or video of the product
- Description of the issue
After verification, we will guide you through the next steps.
4. Return Conditions (If Approved)
If a return or exchange is approved:
- The product must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Original invoice and diamond certificate must be included
- The item must be securely packed and shipped
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
5. Refund Policy
If your return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refund processing time: 7–10 business days after approval
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable
6. Shipping & Insurance
All our products are shipped with secure packaging and insurance coverage.
In approved return cases:
- Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the error was on our side.
